Pneumatic ball valves are divided into O-type ball valves and V-type ball valves. The O-type ball valve adopts a floating structure, with a precision cast core and a hard chrome plated outer surface. The valve seat is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene material, and the flow channel mouth is the same as the pipeline diameter, with extremely high flow capacity and minimal flow resistance. There is no leakage when closed, and it is generally used as a switch valve. It is particularly suitable for high viscosity, V-shaped ball valves with a fixed structure. The ball core has a V-shaped cut, which can shear media containing fibers and particles.

According to different process equipment, pneumatic or electric actuators can be selected to form pneumatic ball valves and electric ball valves, respectively. Pneumatic ball valves require valve positioners to achieve proportional adjustment, while electric ball valves require electronic electric actuators or servo amplifiers to achieve proportional adjustment.

From a material perspective, it can be divided into carbon steel ball valves, stainless steel 304 ball valves, 316 ball valves, and copper ball valves.

High pressure pneumatic ball valve: mainly used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, hydraulic oil, and engineering machinery.

Low pressure pneumatic ball valve: mainly used in corrosive pipelines with media such as water! Precautions and models for the use of knife type gate valves: The opening and closing component of knife type gate valves is the gate plate, and the direction of movement of the gate plate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. Manual knife type gate valves can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The gate valve has two sealing surfaces, and the most commonly used mode gate valve has two sealing surfaces that form a wedge shape. The wedge angle varies with the valve parameters, usually 50. The gate of the wedge knife gate valve can be made as a whole, called a rigid gate valve; It can also be made into a gate that can produce slight deformation to improve its processability and compensate for the deviation of the sealing surface angle during the processing. This type of gate is called an elastic gate knife gate valve. When the gate is closed, the sealing surface can be sealed only by the medium pressure, that is, the sealing surface of the gate is pressed against the valve seat on the other side by the medium pressure to ensure the sealing surface is sealed, which is called self sealing. Most knife type gate valves use forced sealing, which means that when the valve is closed, it is necessary to rely on external force to forcefully press the gate plate against the valve seat to ensure the sealing performance of the sealing surface. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines.
